Big Eyed Santa Owl Petroglyphs Accent Pillow
These owls are so cute. First of all, they are based upon actual petroglyphs from the desert southwest. Second, they have Santa hats. Petroglyphs with Santa hats! That must mean Christmas goes back a long ways! ;-)
This is a one-of-a-kind custom accent pillow. Petroglyphs inspired us to name our embroidery business Embroiderglyphs. We were making christmas designs and decided these owls needed some Santa hats. The design sort of has a retro feel to it.
The pillow size is approximately 12″ x 16″ x 4″. It has an off-white front panel and uses a soft, fluffy, red chenille upholstery fabric on the front and back. Note the black trim. Inside, it uses a new, soft, high quality pillow insert.
The embroidered design is a custom Embroiderglyph's design. John digitized the design & Beth created the pillow design. Beth uses great computerized embroidery and sewing machines for the bulk of the work, then hand sews the final side shut. The fabrics are very soft and smooth.
